This Privacy Policy defines how the Company will treat the Personal Data that you, as a user (the «User» or «You«) of the website life5.es (the «Website«), are providing in a free and informed manner in order to register and use the services offered by our Company (contracting of products related to third party insurance and calculation of premiums), contact, receive commercial communications and request the sending of Newsletters of the Company, through the forms (the «Forms«), which LIFE5 makes available to you.
Purposes of processing:
The User’s Personal Data collected through the Forms available on the Website are collected by LIFE5 for the following purposes:
- Manage the services requested from the Company, corresponding to the contracting of products related to third party insurance and the calculation of insurance premiums.
- Contact the Company.
- Request the sending of Newsletters.
- To carry out commercial communications.
In accordance with the GDPR, LIFE5, owner of the Website, informs the User of the existence of an automated file of Personal Data, created, managed and under the responsibility of LIFE5.

Access: In the right of access, data subjects shall be provided with a copy of the personal data held together with the purpose for which they have been collected, the identity of the recipients of the data, the intended retention periods or the criterion used to determine this.
Correction: In the right of rectification, data subjects’ data that are inaccurate or incomplete will be amended in accordance with the purposes of the processing. Acceptance and consent
