General terms and conditions

LIFE5 customers can take out their life insurance through the life5.es website or by telephone at 911 98 49 86. For the contracting process it will be necessary to answer a questionnaire about the capital to be recruited, personal and health data. The answers to this questionnaire allow us to assess the risk and give a price tailored to each customer’s situation. At this point you can choose between 3 different specific products for each customer, where all the conditions are specified, such as the capital and guarantees to be contracted.

After selecting the desired product, you will proceed to pay for it. In the case of contracting the product by telephone, you can choose between annual or monthly payments and whether you want to pay by card or direct debit. Currently, if the contracting is done through the web, the payment will be monthly and by credit card.

The customer will receive an email with confirmation of payment. Once confirmed, you will proceed to the selection of insurance beneficiaries and the entry of personal data. Finally, the customer must accept the legal note of his life insurance policy. Finally, the customer or policyholder will sign the contract online. The time limit for signing the contract is 30 days. After this period, if it has not been signed, the contract will be cancelled. After signing the contract, the customer is insured.

If the customer wishes to receive the invoice in electronic format, he can request it at the following e-mail address ayuda@life5.com and will be able to receive the invoice on paper without any associated cost upon request.

The entire purchasing process will be carried out in Spanish.
